  5.             Hey fellow Amigoids, If your down in the dumps about the
  6.         lack of press for the Amiga cheer up!  You'll never guess
  7.         what's on the cover of "Videography, the magazine of
  8.         proffessional video production, technology, and
  9.         applications"(Well maybe you will).  Amiga video 1992 a
  10.         special report.  This is a count'em 28 page special report
  11.         on the current state of Amiga video graphics.  Here is a
  12.         small excerpt from the article:

  19.            "Amiga Video users exhibit a unique spirit not often found
  20.           among their IBM and Mac counterparts.  They support one
  21.           another adamantly in the face of increasing competition and
  22.           the occasional doubting Thomas who still doesn't think that
  23.           the Amiga can handle tough jobs.  Many in the community have
  24.           expressed frustration that the Amiga has yet to advance
  25.           beyond it's basic internal configuration of a 16-bit buss
  26.           and custom graphics chips that are now nearly five years
  27.           old.  Nevertheless, Amigians stand wholly determined to
  28.           prove to the computer graphics and video production worlds
  29.           that their computer of choice can produce work to rival
  30.           anyone's."

  36.             I would like to point out that this is a fairly major
  37.         industry magazine and this is one of the biggest articles
  38.         for anything I have ever found in Videography.  I hope this
  39.         makes all my fellow Amiga addicts feel a lot better about
  40.         the current state of the industry.  And for all the IBM/Mac
  41.         wannabe whiners out there, EAT THIS!
